Working with Meeting for Sufferings
The Meeting for Sufferings agenda is planned by Meeting for Sufferings Arrangements Group, usually about a month before each meeting. This guidance on process and timing aims to help ensure that Meeting for Sufferings can deal with minutes effectively.
Equality
Quakers believe that everyone is equal – each of us is "a child of God". This leads us to challenge inequality and work with people who suffer as a result of it. We oppose all forms of discrimination and champion diversity.

Friends Southern Summer Events (FSSE)
FSSE organises two residential Quaker events every year in August: Junior Gathering (formerly Summer School, ages 11-14) and Friends Southern Senior Conference (15-18). These events advocate the Quaker testimonies and are significant in the lives of those who attend. They build confidence, knowledge and supportive friendships which can last a lifetime.
