Seeking Spirit-filled revision

The Book of Discipline Revision Committee is seeking guidance and inspiration for its work, in the form of drawings and paintings, and words, both written and spoken.

Jessica Hubbard-Bailey said the committee wanted to invite contributions to the project in ways which were more spiritually expressive than words. Hopefully, the project will inform their revision over the coming years and encourage Friends to engage in deep, rich, Spirit-filled conversations among themselves.

The project was to be run at Yearly Meeting Gathering 2020 but that was postponed because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Also, as Britain Yearly Meeting begins the shared journey of the revision, BDRC are offering four sessions this summer run in collaboration with Woodbrooke. These will explore how the revision can be prayerful, joyful, creative and bold.
