Neil Crabtree spoke to MSPs on 17 June 2025, using his Time for Reflection speech to call for “A contemporary rite of passage for young people". This practical solution would give young people a heroic rite of passage into community life. Neil's vision sees young people learning and employing skills that would help the community deal with difficulties and emergncies that result from climate breakdown.
