Young People @ Yearly Meeting

Young People @ Yearly Meeting (YP@YM) 2026 is an exciting opportunity for 11–15-year-olds to come together in a welcoming Quaker community. This year's theme is “Connecting across divisions: how can we overcome our prejudices and understand people who we disagree with in our communities?" The programme begins with a residential stay at Rock UK Frontier Centre in Northamptonshire, where young people will share worship, explore Quaker values, and enjoy creative activities and outdoor challenges. It's a chance to make friends, have fun, and think deeply about how we build bridges in a divided world.

The experience continues at Friends House in London, where YP@YM joins the wider Yearly Meeting for the final day. Young people will be part of worship and conversation alongside Friends of all ages, contributing their insights and being heard as an important part of the Quaker family. This is a space where your voice matters and where you can help shape the future of our community by exploring what it means to live out peace and understanding.

Places are limited, and registration by a parent or guardian is required by 1 March 2026. Travel between London and Northampton will be provided, and the event is supported by experienced facilitators who create a safe, inclusive environment.
