Scotland Yard Meeting for Worship
3 April 2025, London
A silent Meeting for Worship outside New Scotland Yard to uphold our worshipping community and support all who speak up for truth and integrity in the face of increasing state oppression.
On 27 March, police broke into a Quaker Meeting House and arrested six young people holding a meeting over concerns for the climate and Gaza.
In response, Quakers in Quaker Support for Climate Action have organised a silent Meeting for Worship outside New Scotland Yard. This will be to uphold our worshipping community and support all who speak up for truth and integrity in the face of increasing state oppression. Quakers in Britain is supporting them in this.
Join us in responding to police violence and aggression with love and peace.
