Life Reflections

Who are you? Where do you want to go? What do you want to do? How do you get there? This session offers tools for self-discovery and future direction. Together we will practice silence, reflection and sharing our learning.
This is a two-hour workshop with a 5-minute break, and will be conducted in the manner of 'worship sharing'. This is a reflective way of sharing, with pauses between each contribution. Everything shared will be considered confidential. There are six questions participants will be offered, one question at a time, and motivational phrases offered and invited. You will receive some helpful resources in the form of a pdf to support you in your reflection in advance of the session.
