A week long celebration for GF 400
15 - 20 July 2024, Ulverston
From the 15th July, Quakers in Britain will be holding a week-long celebration at Swarthmoor Hall in honour of Margaret Fell and George Fox (co-founders of Quakerism) The programme will include family activities, talks and tours of Swarthmoor hall.
The week will run from the 15th July and will finish on the Saturday 20th July with a moment in time to mark the 400th anniversary of the birth of George Fox. All activities will be free of charge. Keep an eye on the Swarthmoor Hall website swarthmoorhall.co.uk for more details.
