London Day Of Action for COP28
9 December 2023, LONDON
As part of the COP28 Day of Action, join together in London to bear witness at BP and BAE headquarters.
Join Quakers and other faith groups at the Climate Justice Coalition rally in London. We will gather at 11.30am in St James's Square to pray or hold a moment of stillness together before joining the rally. Look out for the yellow Quakers for Climate Justice t-shirts to find us.
The rally will start at 12pm outside the BP headquarters in St James's Square, SW1Y 4LE, followed by a short march to BAE systems, SW1Y 5AD. At both locations we will bear witness to the death and destruction caused by these two companies' relentless drive for profit.
After the end of the rally at BAE, some people will then continue in a group to the Palestine solidarity demo which is happening on the same day.
