Each month an informational mailing is sent out from Friends House to the clerks or correspondents of local and area Quaker meetings.

Each mailing contains a covering letter which summarises the content and suggests the appropriate action to take.

A copy of the clerks' covering letters are now on this site complete with most of the supporting documents, or links that will take you to the relevant websites. Visitors may download the content of the mailing, keep them in their electronic form or print them as they wish.

Find out more about the role of the Quaker clerk by visiting the Quaker roles section of the website.
